creates a
bulge in the fabric. Effectively this stretches the material and if washing or
dry cleaning doesn't correct the problem the effects will be

trouser bar the end of the shoulders extend a minimum of 19cm to a maximum
of 30cm, making a total width of between 34cm and 60cm. |
